Jawa 42 does not have a touch screen display but features a semi-digital instrument console with a digital odometer and an analogue speedometer and fuel gauge. It includes a hazard warning indicator, a digital tripmeter, a gear indicator, and low fuel, oil, and battery indicators. There is no clock, average speed display, or distance-to-empty feature.
