Thar Roxx Interior Design
Mahindra Thar Roxx has improved the quality of material used in it as compared to the 3-door Thar, and it will give you a premium and luxurious feel from inside the car in comparison of the earlier Thar. Thar Roxx has got soft touches and leather finish in many parts like the steering wheel has been provided in leather finishes in black color and also has Mahindra Logo at the center, leather finishes and soft touches also in the combination of black and white color have been also provided in some part of the door.
Mahindra has provided ventilated seats in white colour and it feels you positivity from inside the car. It has six Speakers of Harman Kardon, having four speakers in the front and rear side at the bottom of the door and two speakers in the boot space side. There are two tweeters in front side of the door also having bazing of Harman Kardon on each.

Mahindra is offering a huge size of sunroof in this Thar and the company has reduced the unwanted sound of an engine and tried to make it soundproof from inside. Thar Roxx has four grab handles to enter inside the car because of the increased height of the car in comparison to earlier 3-Door Thar in which two grab handles in the front side and the other two in the rear side.

5-Door Mahindra Thar Roxx has given a bulky and heavier look than 3-Door Thar. It has dual projected headlamps along with DRL of a C-shaped design that makes the Thar more attractive and elegant from the front profile. Here are some changes in the turn indicator, The company replaced the bulb with LED turn indicators just above the bumper and the grill has a bulky and rectangular shape in design. Here is also a dual fog lamp and It has a 360-degree camera in the front profile and a dual parking sensor.
Thar Roxx has enough wheel and side cladding. The company provides an automatic fuel engine tank opening that is opened from the driver’s side and there is no need to come out from the car to open the engine fuel tank manually from the outside. The Mahindra Thar Roxx has a separate door for the rear side passengers which is one of the major changes and advantages of Thar lovers. Both Outer Rear View Mirror (ORVM) have a camera at the bottom side to enhance the safety of the car.
From the rear profile, It has led tail lamp having a C-shaped DRL that makes it look elegant from the rear side at night time. It has one spare wheel hanging in the backside. Thar Roxx Safety Features
The Mahindra Thar Roxx 2024 comes with more advanced and latest safety features and has 6 airbags one is on the driver’s side and the other is on the front passenger side along with side airbags and also comes on the rear passenger side.
This car comes with an Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) along with an Electronic Stability Control System (ESC) and Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD). ESC Technology sensor works on the basis of weight on the wheel of the car if the car has more weight on the front wheel then the brake will apply on that tyre vice-versa and This system improves the safety features and minimizes collisions of the car and it helps the tyre to make more grip with the pavement.
EBD sensor also helps to make a grip on the road in the sharp curve road. If the car is skidding and leaving the pavement then the car EBD sensor detects and it helps to reduce car speed and avoid collision on the sharp curve road. It has two parking sensors in the front profile and two sensors in the rear profile, it detects the obstacles around the car and informs the driver when parking, and it has also a 360-degree camera in the center of the front bumper and in both sides mirrors of the car. Thar Roxx Prices and Launch Date
It was finally launched in the Indian market on 15th August 2024. It will be available in the showroom from 14th September and you can take a test drive from the nearby showroom and then decide whether you should consider it or not. And you must take a test drive of this car before buying it this is my personal opinion.
The price of the Mahindra Thar Roxx is starting base variant from 12.99L Ex-showroom price of Petrol Engine and 13.99L Ex-showroom price of diesel engine. Its on-road prices will vary from place to place it depends on RTO tax which varies across the country.
